1 Week Parasite Cleanse
Drainage pathway opening
During this time, we will focus on opening drainage pathways by eating very clean vegetables, fruits, legumes, cooked fish and protein shakes
If wanted, you can take Drainage Activator starting up to 2 weeks prior to the cleanse to facilitate additional drainage
Para Kit Cleanse
During this time, you will take the ADVANCED protocol for 5 days with the full moon sandwiched on day 3
Continue eating as clean as possible and drinking a lot of water.
Expect to see parasites in your stool during this time.
Upon waking: 6 Para 1 and 6 Para 2
AM: 4 BioToxin Binders, 40 drops of Para 3 in water
NOON: 4 BioToxin Binders, 40 drops of Para 3 in water
PM: 4 BioToxin Binders, 40 drops of Para 3 in water
Bedtime: 6 Para 1 and 6 Para 2
Important notes on 5 day Para Kit cleanse:
-make sure you are having 2-3 bowel movements per day, if you are not, take Bowel Mover or something that will help move things along like senna or aloe
-make sure you are still eating clean and avoiding sugar, dairy, gluten, alcohol, seed oils and processed foods
-drink a minimum of half your body weight in ounces (preferably more)
-get exercise and keep those drainage pathways open
-possible side effects could be fatigue, headache, bloating, loss of appetite, nausea - should this be too much, we can cut your dosage back to Intermediate or Beginner dosing
-you may want to have disposable chopsticks available to go through the "evidence" and find out what's in there
-it is helpful do do a coffee enema or get a colonic during this time, especially after the full moon
